Concerns raised following an increase of anti-social behaviour (ASB) in Westbridge Park.
Action taken:
We have committed resources to this problem through local policing, violence reduction team, child protection officers, county proactive and rural staff and our road crime team. We've had several days of action where multiple offenders have been arrested and are still on bail pending further investigation. Dispersal notices are authorised to be given over the weekends and we've held various surgeries in the park to provide reassurance. This will continue to be monitored throughout the summer. We have also assigned a dedicated sergeant to work from Stone (Sgt Claire Goodridge) and a town centre officer Monday - Friday.

Concern over drug supply in Stone Town Centre and surrounding residential areas.
Action taken:
Engagement events to identify information and intelligence from the community.
Enforcement action regarding drug warrants and arrests for exploitation and supply of controlled drugs.
Enforcement focussed on the night time economy around drug supply and use.
Working with partners including social care & the Borough Council to tackle issues and concerns.
Continued work is taking place & the public are encouraged to supply us with information and intelligence to help us tackle the problem. -

Reports of low level ASB and shoplifting in town centre, especially around B&M.

Increase in high visibility patrols in the area and higher targets set for staff to complete contact records to monitor community reassurance.
