Request a collision report

For insurance companies or civil proceedings, you can apply for a copy of reports the police hold which are related to a road traffic collision.

You won't be sent a report until any investigation or legal proceedings have concluded.

How to apply

If you're an insurance company or if you're a solicitor and have issued legal proceedings, including prospective legal proceedings, email the civil proceedings team.
