Your Local Policing Team is a group of local police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area, supported by additional officers across the county who work together to improve the safety and well-being of people, places and communities across Staffordshire.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for your area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our force vision of creating a safer Staffordshire.
Tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) in the Heath Hayes area, in particular the use of drugs.

Local officers are tackling anti-social behaviour by adopting a problem-solving approach to identified vulnerable locations by providing high visibility patrols. Working in collaboration with a range of statutory, non-statutory and 3rd sector partners, to get to the root of problems and solve them for the long-term. The NPT will make use of policing powers including warrants to tackle these issues.

The issue affecting the area is vehicles - in particular the anti-social use of vehicles in terms of parking and also criminal damage to vehicles.

Officers are working closely with local business owners and Community Safety Partnership teams to ensure open spaces are a safe environment. Our teams provide a number of initiatives including intervention work to ensure those committing ASB are diverted to positive activities. Events such as the County show and Police Open Day are in the engagement calendar to increase awareness of domestic violence in rural communities.
