Abnormal loads must not be moved during these times:
A dispensation is a permission for an abnormal load to travel without having to notify us each time.
You can only get a dispensation to cover repeated movements of abnormal loads which are:
Loads over 3.5m wide travelling under a dispensation must have a private escort vehicle.
