Sorry, there was a technical problem. Please try again.
Thanks for trying the 'beta' version of our new website. It's a work in progress, we'll be adding new services over the next few weeks, so please take a look and tell us what you think.
We are a welcoming police family that has a values-based culture where officers and staff are empowered to make decisions in line with the values of the force.
We care about our communities, our staff and each other. Every single member of the Staffordshire policing family plays an important part by making the biggest difference they can.
Partnership is critical to the delivery of the policing plan and the vision within this plan. We will work closely with our partners (including surroundings forces and other emergency and public services) to tackle crime, reduce harm, improve safeguarding and resolve the issues that matter most to our communities.
We will be accountable to our communities, acting with integrity and professionalism. We are committed to innovation and creativity where we try out new ideas and learn from them.
In all that we do, we work to the Code of Ethics, which sets out the principles and standards of behaviour that promote, reinforce and support the highest standards of policing. Our staff are professional and committed to their purpose.
Every person working for the police service must work honestly and ethically. The public expect the police to do the right thing in the right way. Basing decisions and actions on a set of policing principles will help to achieve this.
These standards reflect the expectations that the professional body and the public have of the behaviour of those working in policing.

This strategy represents our ambition to imbed sustainability into all our activities. It has given us an opportunity to review our successes to date, identify where we need to focus our efforts and set out our plans over the next two years.
