• On 1^st September 2021, you misused police systems in that you undertook intelligence searches on the GENIE system.

• That during a lawful search of your home address on 8^th August 2022, the following items were found:
  1. One canister of CS gas (which is a section 5 prohibited firearm)
  2. One canister of PAVA (which is a section 5 prohibited firearm)
  3. Police documentation containing personal data relating to victims, witnesses and suspects
  4. A major incident enquiry officer’s notebook
  5. A disc containing an Achieving Best Evidence interview record

You did not have necessary authority to have those items outside of police premises and at your home address.
