A man is due to appear in court charged with arson and assault following a series of incidents in Leek.
Vincent Stonier, aged 34, of the Cheadle area, has been charged with arson, assault by beating, harassment to put in fear of violence and criminal damage to property valued under £5,000.
It comes as a car was found on fire in Leek following a domestic incident on Tuesday (29 September).
He remains in custody ahead of a hearing at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre later today (Thursday 1 October).
