We are appealing for information after a motorcyclist sadly died following a collision near Leek.
We were called at 9.45am on Sunday (26 April), to Leek Road in Blake Mere near to the Mermaid Inn, by West Midlands Ambulance Service following reports of a collision.
Officers attended along with crews from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.
Sadly, the motorcyclist, a man in his 60s, was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.
His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers at this difficult time.
We are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have relevant dashcam footage.
