The two men were arrested and charged after officers forced entry to a flat in Stafford on Thursday 22 May this year.
When we arrived at the first-floor property, Riggon threw a phone out of a window which was later found in the front garden of the address.
Cannabis, cash, mobile phones and other items linked to drug supply were located inside the premises.
PC Gina Barcroft, from our Child Exploitation Team, said: “I hope this acts as a warning to those who think it’s acceptable to sell cannabis that they will not go unpunished. In this case, we acted on intelligence that some of those being supplied with the drugs were children.
“We will continue to work with partners to protect children in our communities and bring offenders to justice.”
