We can sadly confirm that a body has been found in the search for missing 54-year-old Keith, from Stoke-on-Trent.
Keith was reported missing on Tuesday 24 June.
This week, specialist searches have been taking place in and around the Park Hall area as detectives, staff and search teams looked for him.
Sadly, a body was discovered last night (Wednesday 17 July).
Formal identification will take place in due course, but at this stage, we believe the man to be missing Keith.
We are not treating the death as suspicious and a file will be prepared for HM Coroner.
We’d like to thank everyone who has come forward with information as part of the efforts to try and find him over the last few days, as well as those who shared the appeals for information.
Specially-trained officers are supporting his family as much as possible at this time.
