We are appealing for information after a pedestrian sustained serious injuries in a collision in Burton-on-Trent recently.
We were called at 7.20pm on Wednesday (25 June) to Cross Street following reports of a collision.
A man, in his 70s, was involved in a collision with a white Volkswagen Tiago Life.
The driver is assisting officers with their inquiries.
The pedestrian was treated at the scene by paramedics and declined to go to hospital.
He has since been found to have suffered multiple broken ribs and an ankle injury.
We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time who may have relevant dashcam footage.
