A man has been arrested after two knives were found following a stop-and-search in Rugeley town centre.
Officers were called to Brook Square at around 1.20pm today (20 February) after a member of the public told a local PSCO that a man was in possession of a knife.
We acted quickly and recovered two knives following a search.
A 51-year-old man, from Rugeley, has been arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a bladed article in public.
He remains in custody.
