We are appealing for information after a serious collision in Fradley, near Lichfield.
We were called by colleagues at West Midlands Ambulance Service at 8.30pm on Wednesday evening (30 July) to Gorse Lane, just before the roundabout on Woodend Lane.
The collision happened at approximately 8.20pm and involved a white Yamaha motorcycle. The rider, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital by air ambulance with serious injuries. He is in a critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
We would like to speak to a passing runner who stopped to provide first aid and called 999 and anyone with dashcam, CCTV or doorbell footage from Gorse Lane.
His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers at this difficult time.
