Three charged with drug offences

Three people have been charged with drug offences after officers searched a vehicle and an address in Stoke-on-Trent.

Joe Baggaley, 27, from Sneyd Green, Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, being concerned in the supply of heroin and two counts of possession with intent to supply a drug of class B – cannabis.

Ryan Poole, 22, from Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A – cocaine, possession with intent to supply a drug of class A – heroin, being concerned in the supply of heroin and assault by beating of an emergency worker.

Caitlyn Watson, 26, from Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin, being concerned in the supply of cocaine and two counts of possession with intent to supply a drug of class B – cannabis.

It comes after officers stopped and searched a van in Burslem on 6 March and found a large amount of cannabis.On 15 April, the three suspects were arrested after officers searched an address and found heroin, cocaine and around £7,000 in cash.

All three appeared at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Thursday (17 April) and were remanded in custody for a hearing at a date to be set.
