Appeal after cannabis grow found in attic of home

We have uncovered a cannabis grow in Stoke-on-Trent as part of our countywide crackdown on the supply and production of illegal drugs,

Just after 8.30pm on Thursday (11 January), we were called to a house near Ford Green Road in Smallthorne, following reports of a break-in.

After going to the scene, we discovered three bedrooms of tall cannabis plants, with further plants in the attic.

The plants have been seized and enquiries are ongoing to find out who is responsible.
