We are appealing for information after two dogs attacked another dog in Stoke-on-Trent.
At around 4.35pm on Tuesday 9 April, two dogs attacked a springer spaniel on a field on Causeley Road, Bentilee.
The 10-month-old springer spaniel suffered serious injuries and was taken to a vet for treatment. She is now recovering at home.
The two dogs who attacked the spaniel were alone at the time. They were described to us as an XL Bully and a pocket bully.
One of them was tri-coloured; the smaller dog was tanned with cropped ears.
