Injured man dies in hospital

A man found with injuries in Blurton has sadly died.
We were called at 3.40pm on Thursday (28 September) to reports of concern for a man at a property on Garsdale Crescent.
The man was taken to hospital by ambulance. He sadly died in hospital last night (Friday 29 September).
A 30-year-old woman, from Stoke-on-Trent, who was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent on Thursday was further arrested on suspicion of murder last night. She has been released on conditional bail while officers continue to investigate.
