Officers investigating a distraction burglary in Cannock have released an e-fit of a man we’d like to speak to.
We were called to an address near Clarion Way shortly after 2.50pm on Monday 22 May.
Two men approached the home of a woman, in her 80s. One of the men got inside the home whilst the other tried to get in through a door which was locked.
Both men then got inside a grey Audi estate and drove away.
The victim was left shaken but uninjured as a result of the incident.
We have been speaking to nearby residents and reviewing all of the CCTV and doorbell footage available from the area at the time.
Officers have now put together this e-fit of a man they want to speak to in connection with the incident.
He was wearing a light-coloured cap, a yellow high visibility vest, jeans and a face mask.
