Appeal for witnesses following non-stop collision

We are appealing for witnesses following a non-stop collision in Burton upon Trent.

It happened at about 5.20pm on Tuesday 28 November outside Tyre King on Derby Road, Stretton.

A light blue Ford Fiesta and an HGV were involved in the collision. Both drivers got out of their vehicles after it happened.

The driver of the Ford later got back into the car and drove away from the scene. Enquiries are ongoing to track it down.

We are calling on anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have dashcam footage to get in touch.
