Officers are appealing for CCTV and dashcam footage after a man died after being involved in a suspected non-stop collision in the Staffordshire Moorlands area.
Police were called at 2.15am on Thursday (24 February) to Buttermilk Hill, Hollington, following reports of a traffic-related incident.
Officers attended along with the ambulance service.
Sadly, a 32-year-old man was pronounced dead by paramedics a short time later.
Next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially-trained officers at this difficult time.
Formal identification will take place in due course.
A file will shortly be prepared for HM Coroner.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who was in the area between 11pm on Wednesday (23 February) and 2am on Thursday.
Anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time is asked to get in touch with us as soon as possible.
