The family of a man who died suddenly in Stoke-on-Trent has paid tribute to him.
Bartlomiej (Bartek) Sobon, aged 34, from Stoke-on-Trent, died on Saturday 20 February at a property on Lime Street.
An inquest into his death opened on Monday (29 March) at Stoke-on-Trent Coroner’s Court.
Speaking after his inquest, Bartek’s mother said: “My heart is shattered into a million pieces, this pain cannot be compared to anything.
“Only a mother can understand what I am feeling.
“I will love you till the end of my life dearest son, until we meet again.”
A woman, 30, and two men, aged 35 and 42, all from Stoke-on-Trent, have been released under investigation pending further inquiries.
A 32-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, has been released on conditional bail pending further inquiries.
The inquest is to be resumed at a later date.
