Whilst off duty at a work-based event Former PC Edwards is said to have engaged in unwanted and inappropriate conversation with colleagues. Furthermore, Former PC Edwards is said to have shown colleagues inappropriate images on his mobile phone.
No recording or filming of the hearing is permitted.
