You must call 999 immediately to report a lost or stolen firearm.
Firearms could fall into the wrong hands and are a danger to the public. It's important that you report a lost or stolen firearm as soon as you notice.
You must also tell the police force who issued your firearms certificate. You need to do this within seven days of noticing the loss or theft. Contact the firearms licensing team.
