Police corruption (by an officer or member of police staff) could include:
- committing or helping someone commit a crime
- giving out confidential police information
- using their position to pressure someone into a sexual or other relationship
How to report police corruption
You can report someone by making a formal complaint about them.
We take this very seriously, so please provide as much information as you can to help us with our investigations.
We'll ask you for:
- your details, including when and where you were born
- your contact details
- what your complaint is about, including times, dates and who was involved
- details of any witnesses
