People have the right to ask us to delete personal data we have about them. This is called the Right of Erasure.
You can make a request for deletion on someone else's behalf.

What we'll ask you for
We'll ask you about:
- your details
- their details
- what they want deleted and why
Identification
We'll ask you to upload pictures of two documents that prove your:
- identity (who you are)
- current address
We will also ask you for the same identity documents for the person you're asking on behalf of.
This is to make sure we only take requests from and about the right person.

Consent
Finally, you will need to upload a consent form signed by the person you are asking about, giving you permission to make this request on their behalf.

What happens next
We have one month to respond to your request (or three months in complex cases).
We'll either:
- delete their data
- or, if we think their right to have your data deleted does not apply, we'll explain why.
