‘Just Say Something’, is a pledge to empower people and ultimately save lives. The aim is to encourage more people to speak out and talk about their mental health. Just one conversation could save a person’s life.
We spoke to individuals affected by suicide, including Nathan Heaney, Lou Macari, Adam Yates, Carl Dickinson and organisations who have joined forces with a shared goal to save lives in our community.
Let’s start a conversation and #JustSaySomething. Together, we can make a difference by talking and encouraging open communication to support each other. It is hoped that this video won’t only be a valuable resource for someone in need but, help others to start a conversation with someone they’re concerned about.
“Talking does help, it does save lives.”
If you come across someone in work or your homelife that may be struggling with their Mental Health please talk to them and get them the support they need.
Remember you are never alone, there’s always someone to talk to!
