Specialist teams searching Brook following report of missing person

We are currently searching the area at Smestow Book in Swindon following reports of a person going into the water.

We were called at around 3pm on Sunday (2 March) following reports of concern for a man. He has been missing since 24 February and specialist teams have been working hard to locate him.

Specialist water teams are currently searching the area.

We are advising the public to avoid the area where possible whilst we continue to work at the scene.
