The woman who died in Great Haywood recently can be named today as 46-year-old Philippa Lewitt.
Pippa, as she is called by her family and friends, was taken to hospital on Wednesday 29 January after we were called to her home on Devereux Gardens shortly after 5.10pm.
Sadly, she later died.
Specialist officers have been supporting her family as much as possible during this difficult time.
The incident has been referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) following previous police contact.
