A man has been arrested after we found drugs and cash following a pursuit in Stoke-on-Trent.
At about 11pm on Wednesday night (22 January), officers spotted a Volkswagen travelling on the A50.
The driver failed to stop and a short pursuit took place in the Meir area which resulted in three men running from the vehicle in Arlington Way.
Officers from armed response, dog support and the road crime team (RCT) worked together and a 20-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug, dangerous driving and failing to stop when required by a constable.
He has since been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
