A cocaine dealer who was caught selling drugs in Rugeley has been jailed for three years.
Ervin Billa, 23, of no fixed address, was stopped by proactive officers on Wetherspoons car park in October last year. He had 15 separate deals of cocaine on him, a phone and a Romanian passport in another person’s name. The car he was in was also registered to this name.
Billa was arrested and charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine, possessing identity documents with intent, knowingly entering the UK in breach of a deportation order, using a motor vehicle without a licence and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance.
He pleaded guilty to all of the offences at an earlier court hearing and was sentenced at Stafford Crown Court on Tuesday (28 January).

Those committing high-harm offences in our communities are being robustly targeted, including those responsible for criminal exploitation, county lines, drug dealing and serious violence.
