A drug dealer has been jailed after officers from our major and organised crime proactive teams found approximately £26,000 in cash and crack cocaine at his home.
Jayden Gordon, 21, of Walsall, was sentenced to three-years-and-four-months in prison at Stafford Crown Court on Thursday 20 February after he pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply a drug of class A (crack cocaine) and possession of criminal property.
Gordon was arrested on 17 December last year after he was found with £490 in cash and suspected drugs.
Officers then searched his home and found approximately £27,000 in cash and multiple wraps and crack cocaine.
He was then charged with the offences on 18 December and remanded into custody.
Officers are working proactively across Staffordshire to target the criminal gangs responsible for drug dealing and high-harm offences in our communities.
