A man has been charged after shop staff in Stoke-on-Trent told us they had seen a gun.
Reece Chell, 26, from Longton, has been charged with possession of an air weapon when prohibited for five years and possession of an imitation firearm in a public place.
It comes after firearms officers went to Festival Park in Etruria, at around 4.45pm on Monday (24 February), following a report of a man with a gun near to Go Outdoors.
Chell appeared at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Wednesday 26 February) and was bailed to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre of Wednesday 7 May.
