We are appealing for any CCTV or dashcam footage following a serious collision in Tamworth.
We were called at 00.35am on Sunday (2 March) to Ashby Road after a blue BMW collided with a hedge.
The driver, a man in his 30s, suffered serious head injuries. He was taken to hospital by colleagues from West Midlands Ambulance Service.
The man remains in a critical condition. His family are being supported by specially-trained officers.
Anyone with any CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage of the area between 00.20am and 00.35am is asked to get in touch.
