We are appealing for information following burglaries in Knypersley and Biddulph Moor.
At 8.50pm on Saturday (February 22), officers went to a property off Tunstall Road in Knypersley after a member of the public told us they had seen a man forcing entry to their neighbour’s house.
The man ran off when challenged by the neighbour. Nothing was taken.
Then, at around 7.50pm the next day (Sunday 23 February), we received a report that a house near Rudyard Road in Biddulph Moor had been burgled between 4pm and midnight on Saturday.
Jewellery and designer bags were taken.
The suspect is described as a man wearing all black clothing and a pair of bright white trainers.
Officers are currently reviewing CCTV footage of both areas.
