A man has been charged with driving offences after we carried out a breath test at the roadside in Stoke-on-Trent.
Desmond Kiptoo, 26, from Cambridge, has been charged with driving when over the alcohol limit.
It comes after officers were called to a petrol station off the A50 yesterday (Monday 14 April) and breathalysed a driver.
Kiptoo has been released on bail and is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on 6 May.
