We are appealing for information after a man was assaulted in a road-rage incident in Tamworth recently.
The assault took place at around 8am on Thursday 3 October on Marlborough Way in Tamworth, after a dark-coloured Audi was reported as driving erratically and at speed in the area.
The vehicle almost collided with a blue Land Rover Defender and a blue Peugeot 308 between the A5 island and Belgrave Community Fire Station.
The victim, a man in his 60s, was punched in the face by the Audi driver who then drove off in the direction of Morrisons supermarket.
Thankfully, the victim did not require medical treatment.
The suspect is described as a white man in his early 40s, about 6ft tall with dark blonde hair. He was wearing light-coloured clothing described as a long-sleeved top and trousers.
