Just before 3.30pm on Tuesday (26 November), proactive officers stopped a white Volkswagen Golf on Ashford Street, Shelton.
Later, we searched an address in the town and found and seized heroin, cocaine, cash and a mobile phone.

A 21-year-old man, also from the Stoke-on-Trent area, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of cocaine.
