A woman has been arrested after a man was stabbed in Stoke-on-Trent.
At 8.45pm yesterday (Sunday 24 November), we were called to Ludlow Street in Hanley following reports that a man had been stabbed.
Officers went to the scene alongside paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service.
A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries. He is currently stable.
A 32-year-old woman, from the Stoke-on-Trent area, was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm with intent.
She has been released on conditional police bail.
