We are appealing for information after a man was seriously injured following a collision in Longdon Green yesterday (23 November).
Officers were called at around 8pm on the A51 following reports of a serious collision between a blue Mini Countryman and a silver Mazda MX-5.
We went to the scene with colleagues from West Midlands Ambulance Service and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.
The driver of the Mazda, a man in his 20s, has been taken to hospital and remains there in a critical condition. The driver of the Mini, a man in his 50s, has also gone to hospital with severe injuries.
Collision investigators are working to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
