We’ve issued an artist’s impression of someone we would like to speak to after a man was seriously assaulted in Stoke-on-Trent.
The victim, a man in his 60s, was with his two dogs and a friend on Chatterley Whitfield, in Fegg Hayes, at around 6.30am, on 31 July, when he got into an argument with another man.
The victim was punched several times. The suspect then left the scene.
The victim was later treated in hospital for injuries to his face.
The suspect, a man, is described as a dog walker, around 35 years old, and of slim build.
He was wearing a dark grey baseball cap, a green t-shirt and shorts and trainers, and was with a German Shepherd dog.
Anyone who saw what happened, or who recognises the man in the image, can contact us on 101, or through Live Chat quoting incident number 148 of 31 of July.
To report anonymously, contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
