We are appealing for information after a man was assaulted at an event in Burton-on-Trent recently.
We were called at 9.40pm on Thursday (31 October) to a farm on Postern Road, Tatenhill, following reports of violence at a Screamfest event.
The victim, a man is his 40s, had been punched by another man, who was in a group of around six others.
One suspect had held the man’s head while another punched him in the face. He was then kicked while on the ground.
The suspects made-off from the scene on foot after attempting to get in a vehicle parked on site.
The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance after sustaining heavy bruising to his face and body.
Our inquiries are ongoing and we would appeal to anyone who saw what happened to come forward.
The first suspect is described as a white man, of a stocky build with ginger facial hair, wearing a beige t-shirt and blue jeans.
