A man has been charged following an assault on a woman and another man in north Staffordshire.
Jordan Lawlor, 30, from Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with two counts of assault, one count of assaulting a person thereby occasioning actual bodily harm and one count of threatening a person with a blade in a public place.
We got a call just before 5pm on Monday 27 May to a home near to Froghall Road, Cheadle, when a man assaulted a woman inside the address.
Another man, in his 80s, was assaulted at another address in the area.
Lawlor is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Thursday 30 May).
