We are appealing for information after a group of teenage boys were seen with a suspected BB gun in Goldenhill.
Officers were called to Kidsgrove Road just before 8pm on Sunday (19 May) after the group were spotted.
No-one was injured.
Six teenage boys were seen in a nearby field in the area at the time of the incident.
One is described as being of mixed-heritage, wearing a red bandana, a black puffer jacket and black jogging bottoms.
A second boy, described as white with blonde hair, was wearing a grey t-shirt.
We are currently reviewing CCTV of the area at the time of the incident.
