A man has been charged with murder after a man died in a collision in Tamworth.
The collision, which happened at approximately 10pm on Sunday evening (3 March) on Comberford Road, involved a black Audi Q3 and a Harley Davidson motorbike.
The rider of the motorbike, was found with serious injuries. Sadly, Richard Radbourne, 47, of Tamworth, died at the scene.
His family are being supported by specialist officers.
Murat Karakas, 51, of Tamworth, has been charged with murder and is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre tomorrow (Thursday 7 March).
A 23-year-old man, also of Tamworth, arrested on suspicion of murder has been released under investigation while enquiries continue. He has been released on conditional bail for causing death by dangerous driving.
