We arrested a 26-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, on suspicion of the theft of a motor vehicle.
A search of a property near Reginald Mitchell Way resulted in drugs and £280 in cash being found.
The man was then further arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A.
