Two men have been arrested following reports of people trying car door handles in Stoke-on-Trent.
We were called to an address near Mill Hayes Road, Burslem, just after 12.30am this morning (Wednesday 12 June) when two men were seen acting suspiciously near a parked car.
Following checks of the area, we stopped two men matching the descriptions given to us by witnesses.
We seized tools, a torch and a screw driver.
A 43-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, and a 39-year-old man, of no fixed address, were arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference.
Both men remain in custody for questioning whilst our enquiries continue.
