A closure order has been successfully granted through the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Tuesday 4 June) at a property at Church View, Church Street, Stone, following repeat anti-social behaviour issues at the location.
The order will remain in place for the next three months and means that no one can go inside the address in this period, apart from emergency services. Anyone who enters the address without permission from Staffordshire Police or the North Staffordshire Justice Centre could be arrested.
This extends to any gardens or outbuildings.
We are committed to tackling and dealing with anti-social behaviour and understand the negative impact it has on local communities and people’s lives.
We encourage anyone who has experienced any form of this type of behaviour, from aggressive, noisy or abusive behaviour to neighbourhood disturbances involving drugs, abandoned cars or animals, to get in touch with us.
Call 101, or message us using Live Chat on our website.
In an emergency, please dial 999.
If you’ve been affected by anti-social behaviour, you can also call the Harmony ASB support service provided by Victim Support across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent on 0330 1757 258. Lines are open 9am-5pm between Monday – Friday.
