Officers are appealing for information after a van and an ambulance collided on Streetway Road in Lichfield.
It happened just after 7.15pm yesterday (Thursday 6 June) between Weeford island and Wall island. A white Ford panel van and an ambulance were involved.
The driver of the van stayed at the scene and has been helping with our enquiries.
Two ambulance crew members and the driver of the van were treated for injuries that are not believed to be serious. All three were taken to hospital for treatment.
