We are investigating after a man sadly died following a collision in Cannock.
We were called around 7.45pm yesterday (Sunday 21 July) to reports of a two-car collision on Rawnsley Road.
We attended the scene along with colleagues from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service and West Midlands Ambulance Service.
A green Vauxhall Mokka and a black Mercedes AMG C were involved.
Sadly, the driver of Vauxhall Mokka died at the scene. A passenger in the Mercedes was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
We’re asking for anyone with any information about the incident or for any CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage of the area at the time to get in touch.
