We are releasing CCTV images of a man we’d like to speak to in connection with an assault in Burton-on-Trent.
We received a call shortly before 3.30pm on Sunday 30 June to reports of a man assaulting staff and customers at the Co-op on Horninglow Road, after attempting to steal some items.
The man is described as white and was wearing a blue Adidas hoodie, blue shorts and a black bucket hat.
We’ve been carrying out enquiries into the incident since it was first reported and can now share an image of the man we want to speak to.
We appreciate it’s hard to see his face, but if you are able to identify him or if you have any other information that could help with our investigation, please get in touch. You can call 101, quoting incident 423 of 30 June, or message us using Live Chat on our website.
You can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
